4.The time limit for the declaration of inbound and outbound cargo transport management tools: 24 hours before the ship safely arrives at the port or after the arrival of the port, 2 hours before the plane lands or takes off;
5.Customs declaration of import transit goods: from the date of entry declaration of the means of transport within 14 hours to the entry customs formalities, within the customs limit of the arrival of transport to indicate the date of transport customs within 14 days from the date of import declaration
