        1. TELEXRELEASED:

Definition: Short for telegraph delivery。The Bill of lading information is sent to the port of destination and the shipping company by electronic newspaper or electronic message, and the consignee can replace the order by the bill of lading E-mail and the E-mail guarantee with the E-mail stamp。The shipping company notifies the agent of the port of destination to ship the goods, as long as they prove that they are the consignee and the consignee, the original bill of lading is not required。

Advantages: convenient, fast, safe (avoid the risk of losing the bill of lading)。

Disadvantages: The shipper has no control over the rights of the goods。

  2. OCEANBILL(B/L Ocean Bill of Lading):

Definition: Original bill of lading issued by the shipping company。It's a document of title。The consignee may take delivery of the goods accordingly。It can be endorsed and transferred。This is an important document; The SHIPPER will get the original bill of lading from the shipping agent。After scanning CNEE, arrange payment。The SHIPPER will send the whole set of bill of lading to CNEE by express mail, and CNEE will change the original bill of lading into bill of lading.Ocean bills of lading are used more。

2.Multinational company, China subsidiary is responsible for purchasing for foreign parent company, convenient pick-up, fast delivery。

  Destination release:

Definition: The meaning of delivery。This delivery method is less used。This shipment condition will be used in the following special circumstances: The consignor shall write a guarantee to the shipping company or agent to the consignee; The bill of lading was issued late and the goods arrived。In order to pick up the goods as soon as possible, you can also take the guarantee instructions。

Usage scenario: This method is not used in special cases。

  区别:

1.SWB is a ship's bill of lading, somewhat similar to telex release。Once confirmed as SEAWAYBILL, the agent will deliver the goods directly to the consignee upon arrival at the port。

2.In case of telex release, even if the goods have arrived in Hong Kong for a long time, as long as the shipper has not notified the agent of shipment in writing, the agent will not ship the goods to the consignee。

3.The main difference between SWB and B/L is that SWB does not have a certificate of title。A bill of lading is a document of title that can be endorsed for transfer.。The sea waybill is non-transferable and the draft of the international sea waybill can only be made to the consignee indicated on the sea waybill。
